Contract: A bid is a legal and binding contract and after placing this bid, you are promising to pay for your purchases in a timely manner ( 48 hours or the card on file will be charged ) according to terms of this agreement.If the card on file is declined or expired and not updated, we will deem customer a non-paying bidder and non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list and blocked.Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay as we intend to pursue all options available to us under the laws of the United States A non-payment fee will be added to your bill to cover all applicable fees. A minimum of $300 will be applied. We will turn it over to our legal team and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Payment Information: PAYMENT – All items must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving an invoice from us. If payment is not received in 48 hours, the credit card that is stored on file will be charged automatically. We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover as a form of payment by calling our office at 401 419 0446. Buyers can pay through our credit card processor Stripe or call our office with credit card information for payment. Sorry but we don’t accept personal checks or money orders.
All unpaid items, not paid by the due dates, become property of Anthony’s Sports Cards and can be resold at Auction house’s discretion
Shipping Information: All Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. We combine shipping on multiple lots won by the same buyer as a cost saving measure for the buyer when possible. All won items will be sent by either USPS Ground Advantage ( formerly 1st Class ) or Priority Padded Flat Rate Mail. Insurance is always added to the package and a signature is required at delivery. To file a claim for damaged items you must send photos of the damaged items and photos of the box the items were shipped in. Without these photos I cannot and will not give refunds. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If a buyer doesn’t want a package to have signature required upon delivery or insurance on the shipment, that buyer must call 401 419 0446 directly and state they are turning down insurance and signature for the items being shipped and the buyer must understand that these items are then being shipped at the buyer’s own risk
INVOICING: Auction winners will receive an invoice with the winning bid with shipping and handling charges itemized separately. We recycle shipping materials as much as possible and we don’t profit off the shipping costs.
Condition of Items: While this auction house mostly sells graded trading cards, these cards are graded by a third party grading company and its their professional opinion, not the opinion of Anthony’s Sports Cards. The sports cards that we sell that are not graded, we do try to represent these cards as accurately as possible, but we are not professional graders and we don’t claim to be Please ask questions before you bid. We cannot accept returns.
